Papercraft Star Photo Inspiration Challenge

This week at Papercraft Star the designers were asked to use this picture as inspiration



As soon as I saw the picture it reminded me that I had a coffee stamp I could use for this challenge. Which is how this assignment was born.

Papercraft Star Challenge 9 - Photo Inspiration

This week at Papercraft Star the designers were asked to use this picture for inspiration



The hot air balloons caught me right off the bat and looking at them I remember growing up and seeing a balloon in the sky and thought what would it be like to be up there and could just dream of flying high in the sky. And that was how this card developed.



I created the balloon using my gypsy of course. Cause can you believe I don't have a cartridge with a hot air balloon ... well not yet at least ;o). I used my trust old George and basic shapes and walk in my garden for the basket (but that could easily be changed with another shape). And lots and lots and lots of glitter. Gotta love the glitter!!!! The inside reads: "Everyday is another chance to make your Dreams come true."

Wow this is my 100th post since I started blogging. That is AWESOME!!!! Hope you have enjoyed my posts.

This card was totally out of my comfort zone color wise. Not that I don't like orange ... I just tend to gravitate towards the Pinks/purples/blues/greens

Ribbon is the celebrate it brand from M's (happend to be in the $1.00 bin

Hello Card

As promissed here is another card I made recently. The white card was stampped with a stampendous stamp the rose flower was taken at Leu Gardens in Orlando, Florida.

Here is a cute bunny card I made from a stamp and using the MCPT technique. The scallopes were made with my nesties in the cuttlebug and the Martha Stewart Loop punch.
