Monograms, Monograms, Monograms
So my sister needs some monogram cards for gifts so I decided I would give here a few options to choose from.
The first option is a simple aperture monogram card
The next option is a dual color embossed card with the individual letter
The scallops are cut from nestabilities and the B is cut from the calligraphy cart *i think*.
The third option is another embossed card with an individual dual colored letter. The letter was a total scraplift from Capadia.

Wow this is my 100th post since I started blogging. That is AWESOME!!!! Hope you have enjoyed my posts.
This card was totally out of my comfort zone color wise. Not that I don't like orange ... I just tend to gravitate towards the Pinks/purples/blues/greens
Paper is Bazzil and Recollections (from M's)
Card base and color squares cut in DS from GBS
Flowers from WIMG using the "border" option
Ribbon is the celebrate it brand from M's (happend to be in the $1.00 bin
Here's a close up of the butterfly

Flamingo Birthday
So I finally got up enough guts to apply for a design team. I applied for Robyn's Design team (from mypinkstamper), if you haven't checked her out yet you can find her at http://www.mypinkstamper.com and we had to submit a project to be considered. Unfortanetly I wasn't chosen as one of her designers .... maybe next time. But here is the project I submitted

Wedding Invitations
There have been a lot of talk over on the Cricut MB with people asking about wedding invitations and making them with your cricut. My sister got married in September of 2009 and asked me to make her inviations. What I did was come up with some designs that I knew would be "do able" for me and drew them out. She picked a couple that she liked and I made the samples. From there I cut samples so she could see thme and help her better choose. Here are the two samples that I made for her.
This is the one she chose:
This is the other sample:
With the invitation portion out of the jacket
Just the invitation portion
Both invitations were made with my Cricut and Design studio.

Birthday Greetings
So last week a woman I work with saw me working on some cards at lunch time and asked me to bring in my cards so she could see them. After she saw my "work" she asked if she could order a birthday card for her sister. Sure no problem. So she said her sister likes red, black, white, shoes, coach products and poodles. So this is what I came up with ....
and with the card out
and with the card out
